This is the most commonly used speculum. A thumb press opens the top part of the bill and is screw locked into position, then the thumb slide lowers the bottom half of the bill to the required opening size.

Available in three sizes.

S – blade : 7cm long, 2cm wide – opening 8cm.

M – blade : 9cm long, 3cm wide – opening 9cm.

L -blade : 10cm long, 3cm wide, - opening 10cm.
