This device sits across the back of the thighs when on all fours. The balls and scrotum are then brought backwards through the hole and the device is clamped down. Eyelets on the end of the humble provide anchor points for rope and chain if you want to attach it to the ankles or ankle cuffs for further restriction of movement.
