Any orders suspected of being fraudulent will be cancelled.
Discount
Customer Discount Numbers must be given on the Shopping Cart page in order for the discount to be applied. The Discount box appears at the start of the cart page just below the Deliver to box. Type in your number and click the Apply Discount button. As this page is an automated page it is not possible to apply the discount after your order has been confirmed and payment authorised.
Exchanges and Refunds
Any product with a genuine manufacturing fault will be replaced on a like for like basis only within 14 days of the invoice date. A replacement will be provided. Email us initially for the return address. Our admin address appears on all invoices sent out with purchases and at the bottom of this page. Goods must be returned by Recorded Delivery and we will not be liable for the postage on returns. We reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or of the customer's own making. For reasons of hygiene, we do not exchange goods simply because the customer has changed their mind. This does not effect your statutory rights. Any disputes are under the juristiction of UK law and courts.

Please allow 28 days for delivery (35 days if delivery is to a destination outside the UK).
